T-Mobile reported a prepaid customer churn rate of 2.76 percent in the United States in the fourth quarter of 2023. This was a decrease on the previous quarter, as well as a decrease during the same period in 2022. The company's prepaid churn rate has fallen over recent years, having peaked at over five percent in the final quarter of 2014.
