Finland: processes in banking affairs 2023

Mobile banking was by far the most popular method to process banking affairs in Finland in the fourth quarter of 2023. According to Statista's Consumer Insights, the share of bank account holders who processed banking matters via smartphone or tablet was 74 percent. More than half of the respondents also processed banking affairs online, and only seven percent still banked in person in a branch.
