Coal consumption in Mozambique 2013-2019
The demand for coal in Mozambique reached around 47,000 metric tons in 2019. The consumption volume increased from 40,000 metric tons in the previous year, keeping an overall upward trend observed since 2013. That year, coal consumption in the country was measured at 16,000 metric tons.
