This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents from an English speaking female sample were asked how often they rely on brands they have already tried and tested or try new shampoo brands in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2017. The highest percentage of respondents is concentrated in the highest level of brand loyalty. In contrast, only seven percent of the respondents say brands do not matter when it comes to shampoo.
