Survey on playing video games among children in Sweden 2016, by gender and hours
This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in Sweden in 2016 on the children's time spent on playing video games, by gender. Swedish boys spent more time on playing digital games than girls - 16 percent of the boys interviewed stated to have used this medium more than 16 hours per week, whereas the share of girls was only 10 percent. The most female respondents answered to play 5 to 7 hours on a weekly basis.
