Contactless POS payment in terms of number and value of deals in Finland 2019-2022
In Finland, the share of contactless payments among card payments increased, from 2019 to 2022, in terms of the number of transactions. In 2022, contactless payments were used in 70 percent of the time among card payments. Nevertheless, they represented only 35 percent of the value transacted in card payments.
