Most practiced methods to improve mental wellness in Taiwan 2022
Rakuten Insight in May 2022 revealed that 68 percent of respondents were actively working on their mental wellbeing. The most popular methods included exercising regularly, switching to a healthier diet, and improving sleep hygiene. Only one in ten respondents attended counseling or therapy sessions in the year prior to the survey, while spiritual or religious practices were only reported by nine percent of respondents.
