In 2022, the proportion of unfulfilled job vacancies for non-professionals, managers, executives, and technicians (PMETs) for at least six months in Singapore was 33.8 percent. However, in 2013 the recorded rate was higher at 55.2 percent. The lowest proportion of unfulfilled job vacancies for non-PMETs recorded was 41.2 percent in 2019.
