Anaemia prevalence among women of reproductive age in Honduras 2012-2019
In Honduras, the prevalence of anaemia among women of reproductive age showed an increasing trend from 2012 to 2019. The highest prevalence was observed in 2019 when an estimated 18 percent of women aged between 15 and 49 years had the blood disorder, a rise of nearly 1.4 percentage points compared to 2012 when nearly 16.6 percent of women within that group suffered from anaemia.
