Foreign debt stock in Tunisia 2020, by creditor type
As of 2020, multilateral creditors held the largest part of the total external debt of Tunisia, corresponding to around 12.8 billion U.S. dollars. In addition, Tunisia owed approximately 6.9 billion U.S. dollars to private bondholders, and roughly 5.4 billion U.S. dollars to bilateral creditors.
