French handcraft businesses and their online content in France 2018
When 309 French artisanal companies were asked what type of content they presented on their websites or on the site on which they were represented, almost all (96 percent) indicated that they provided factual information such as the presentation of their company and/or their product palette. The second most common set of information was practical, with opening hours and contact information displayed. Third, articles in the form of blogs or tutorials were provided by 48 percent of responding French artisans in 2018.
